Sexual or gender identity

Coming to realise and accept your own sexuality or gender identity can be a confusing and frightening time. This is often linked to the fear of non-acceptance from family and friends and doubts about building and exploring your first relationships.

Keeping feelings and emotions bottled up inside can make you feel that you're alone, isolated and uncertain about the future. There is help and support available and you don't have to feel alone.
