Support for adults
First Contact Plus is an online tool which helps adults in Leicestershire find information about a range of services all in one place. The tool can be used either as a self-help directory, or you can make a self or professional referral which will involve an advisor calling to discuss the situation over the phone.

The Tomorrow Project is a confidential suicide bereavement service offering 1:1 support for children and adults.
All of their services are free and confidential.

DistrACT app
The distrACT app (aged 17+) is free to download on to smartphones and tablets. It provides trusted information and links to support for people who self-harm and may feel suicidal. The app was co-created by practising UK health professionals together with people with lived experiences of self-harm and experts in self-harm and suicide prevention.
You can download the app onto your phone through both the Apple or Google Store. On your store search for 'distrACT' - the app is provided by Expert Self Care Ltd.
